Construction Industry

We're planning to build habitats, power stations, hotels, translunar transportation systems, laboratories, observatories, launch facilities, and even whole cities in the moon. This means we need a construction industry. What resources do we need? What are our industrial standards? How is lunar construction different from terrestrial construction? What materials do we use?
